Nature ASMR

By Alex Carter

Natural soundscapes for relaxation and sleep.

Nature ASMR uses natural soundscapes — rain, ocean waves, forest ambience, birdsong — as steady background for relaxation, sleep, and focus. These sounds are even and continuous, which many people find calming.
Different soundscapes suit different uses; preference is individual.

Nature sound categories

Rain and forest ambience give soft, broadband sound that masks distractions well. Ocean waves add a slow rise and fall that some find especially soothing. Birdsong adds brighter, higher detail.
For sleep, steady soundscapes without sudden peaks (heavy thunder, sharp calls) are generally preferred.
